
Seth was upset. The picture he was coloring didn't look quite right.
Riley came up behind him, put her arms around him and said,
"Seth. Don't be sad, I love your art." They hugged and he seemed to feel a little better.

God, I love that girl. She's got it all--empathy, love, and a hell of a sense of timing.
How wonderful that she tried to help Seth feel better.
That is TOO funny! I love how kids just say it how it is.
This reminds me of two books which my children LOVE - "Ish" (about a boy who loves to draw, but his pictures don't really look like what he is drawing) and "The Art Lesson" - these are two great books -you will enjoy reading them, too.
