That's the first step. She sprinkles her mojo about, wowing the teachers with her amazing reading skills, her memory, her good manners, her sweetness.
Two small meltdowns on the playground. Someone got too close. Another one ran away with the ball. The nerve.
Not sure if her class is the right fit. The other kids seem to be functioning at a much lower level based on my in depth two minute observation at pick up.
She might need to switch to the next grade level. We'll see. I'll be watching closely.
And breathing. I'll be breathing.

You are funny. I am the same way. I saw that Wyatt looked like a better reader than the rest of his class. You know. When I dropped him off, and they were sitting around...Yeah. Mom's just "know".
;)
Have to trust those Mommy instincts. Sometimes they're all we have.
Is she happy and peaceful at the end of the day?
That's my criterion.
xo
Mommy instincts and Riley's happiness level are ALL that matters!
Something tells me you don't need to worry about any of this. Riley will tell you what she needs. You have taught her well.
Breathing is good. Breathing is excellent, as a matter of fact.
Gonna take a deep breath about now mysef. I'm so glad to hear it went well I think I skipped a few.
Love to you and Riley and Seth and HT.
"She sprinkles her mojo about" Beautiful!
And who wouldn't love her????
She's a reflection of you.
Love,
Suzy
