I went to bed last night at 8PM and slept 'til 6:30AM. Ten hours uninterrupted, without even getting up to pee.
I thought this deserved it's own post.

I might have hated you back in the day (like say, last April) when I could only dream of 10 hours uninterrupted. After the GF/CF diet, been sleeping well like that, too. Makes all the difference in the world right? I never knew what it was like to feel rested.
