They make such a big deal out of "protecting Chelsea" but suddenly it's okay to, if not quite "pimp," her out, then "use" her in this way now?
And then they work the stupid insult...to boost their campaign! This is what I don't like about the Clinton camp. Everything is a slick, measured move.
Sigh. If only all the Clintons had been concerned about protecting the dignity of young women.

I always feel so guilty when I criticize the Clintons - I'm surrounded by Republicans and they jump on it and take it too far.
BUT - I wish Bill would just lose his freakin' voice til November because he is killing all the good parts of his legacy and making me want to smack him (does the Secret Service read your blog!?)

I haven't read any recent stuff about Chelsea, so maybe there's some current event that prompted your complaint.
But I thought their whole plan was that they wanted to protect Chelsea while she was young.
She's a grownup now, and she can choose to participate in her parents' public lives, etc. And she's entitled to.
(but she also should be treated as the candidate's kid, not the candidate)
