Pink is no longer Riley's favorite color. In fact, she's sick of people pointing out every pink thing they see to her.
Sick to death of it!
She's thinking of green, but not sure she wants to commit to one color.

you know, it's funny, i was just thinking about this topic earlier this week!
kendall is obsessed with red .. it's always been her favorite color, but it's most important at bed time .. she HAS to wear red pjs.
her lead teacher once told us that we shouldn't always have red pjs available for her so that she wouldn't get stuck in the rigidity of the routine, blah, blah and blah.
i started thinking about the fact that her seven year old, ridiculously typical big sister spent years OBSESSED with pink. my mom once commented that it looked like she was living inside a bottle of pepto bismol.
and i wondered if it was really so a-typical. if so, why? because it's not pink or lavender?
and even if it were a-typical, does it honestly friggin matter if the kid wants to wear red every day?
by the way, she happens to look great in it.
tell riley to consider my favorite color: plaid. ;)

Might I recommend purple? It was my first love, then I switched to green, and have since come back to the purple.
I'm green eyed with envy.
