This morning, I had a leisurely coffee date with a wonderful friend. This afternoon, HT and I grabbed a matinee (Secret Life of Bees). After, we walked to the school to pick up the kids and when we got home, I read for a bit, then promptly fell asleep while Todd navigated homework and dinner.
I didn't get a blessed thing done all day!

ok, so i am sitting at a starbuck's in a barnes and noble typing, reading, generally luxuriating . i took the day off from work today because i thought if i didn't there was a decent likelihood that my head would explode .. i read to kendall's class this morning (OMG, the best thing i've ever done, like .. EVER) ,, so, i guess the point is . i'm soooooo with you on the happy happy joy joy train today! woooooooohoooooooooo
at least until real life starts again tomorrow, but um, well, boooo .. let's just enjoy the day
We gave Adam a day off from school. My mom came over and babysat the children while Zach and I went on a date. Bliss. We came home and my mom had done almost all of my laundry. More Bliss. Adam went to play at his cousins.Zach played with our little angel while I went to the local thrift store BY MYSELF. Bliss etc.I came home and read your post. Cheers! Happy Joy Train Day!
