I love the public school my kids attend.
Amen.
Curriculum night went well. One year ago I would have skipped it because HT had to work, and I couldn't exactly have left Riley in the childcare in the gym with all those kids.
Tonight I did exactly leave her there; Seth too. They had a ball! I got to talk to the teachers, and they are wonderful. Totally committed. Wanting to learn. Open minded and open hearted. Both kids scored with great teachers this year!
Girls on the Run starts Monday and I'm going to be a coach. Stay tuned.
Have a great weekend!
Love.

I am so glad it went well. It is so awesome when you have teachers that want to learn and are open minded. Unfortunately we have had too few of those experiences.
And what a success for Riley to stay in the childcare there. yayyy!!!
Have a wonderful weekend!
I could not imagine a better coach. I can't wait to hear how that goes. We lucked out with a good teacher too. What a great way to start the year!
I love posts like this.
so fabulous. so, so fabulous.
I'll second that AMEN! Which, btw, my Mary book explains as having many meanings, such as "And so it is."
Just catching up - love the rainbow but still think you should bring Riley to the Highlands to see a proper one, Seth pure genius again, looking forward to a great school year then!
Had to go to Glasgow yesterday and still not recovered so not writing properly!
